Our Spring Oaks professional management team, with an LPN on staff, monitors and
ensures an enjoyable and thriving environment for all of our residents. Our staff makes the difference, giving our residents reason to enjoy their days with dignity in a creative and supportive environment. We are here to assist you through the many different healthcare options.
Assisted Living
Residents receive assistance with everyday activities, such as bathing, dressing, medication supervision and grooming.Memory Impaired
Our Memory Impaired unit provides a safe, structured environment, with around the clock assistance, for those residents suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Many residents do not need this type of supervision, however, if a resident is prone to wandering, then it may be necessary. Residents personal needs are addressed by our trained staff, who supervise and maintain consistent activities of daily living (ADL’s), as schedule changes can be confusing for many residents. A specialized activities program assists the residents in socialization skills as well as having other beneficial effects.Respite Care
Spring Oaks also provides respite care. Respite care is a short-term stay for an individual needing medical attention while the full time care-giver is given a break. If you are providing care for your loved one in your home and you find it necessary to take a vacation or tend to business, we will provide the loving care you expect while you are away. Call us for more information on how we may be of assistance to you.
Spring Oaks is licensed to accept Community Diversion programs.
