Spring Oaks is located just off State Road 50 (Cortez Boulevard) approximately 1/4 mile from the Suncoast Parkway (589) and less than six miles from U.S. Highway 19.  State Road 50 is a four-lane, east-west thoroughfare connecting downtown Brooksville with western Brooksville, the Suncoast Parkway, Spring Hill and U.S. Highway 19.  The faciliity is visible from State Road 50 with accessibility along Grove Road.  Entering and exiting the community is excellent due to a traffic light at the intersection of Grove Road and State Road 50.  There is an easement to State Road 50.

Spring Oaks is located in the heart of a highly concentrated medical district.  THe Hernando Eye Institute (providing Opthalmology, including Lasik outpatient eye surgery) and Pasco Hernando Oncology are located adjacent to the facility.  Across Grove Avenue to the east is the Hernando Heart Clinic, specializing in Cardiovascular Disease.  PineBrook Regional Medical Center, located to the south across State Road 50, is a medical office building with an outpatient clinic, a primary care center, a recently-expanded Veterans satellite clinic and more.  Springbrook Hospital is a 50-bed, LCAHO accredited, private not-for-profit psychiatric hospital.
